A wine in memory of Sergeant (IDF) Karin Schwartzman. A 20-year-old IDF Air Force technician. She and her partner Amit were murdered at a Nova party in a portable protection unit, ("migunit") near Be'eri. Karin was a radiant, happy young woman who loved animals, nature, and helping others. She aspired to become a military officer and start a family with Amit.
Grape Varieties: 34% Petit Verdot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc, 13% Merlot, 10% Mourvèdre, 7% Grenache. Barrel aged for 7 months.
